Using Fynl

Fynl provides tools to create, publish, and manage conversion pages, collect leads, and assist with content. Contact support@tryfynl.com for account, billing, or policy questions. You must be legally able to enter a contract and have permission to act for any business whose account you manage.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if your account is compromised. You retain ownership of your content and give Fynl permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content, testimonials, logos, and personal data. Do not use Fynl for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, impersonation, harmful content, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Subscription and automatic renewal

The introductory Pro offer is USD $27 paid upfront for the first 3 months, equivalent to $9 per month. It then automatically renews at USD $57 every 3 months, equivalent to $19 per month, until canceled. The subscription has a minimum billing period of 3 months; monthly equivalents are comparisons, not monthly installments. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. The introductory offer is available once per workspace.

Polar acts as merchant of record for purchases and handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable transaction taxes. Review the total, renewal terms, and Polar checkout terms before paying. Fynl does not receive your full payment-card details. Future price changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal.

Cancellation, refunds, and access

You can cancel renewal through Plans & billing in your workspace and the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; it does not automatically refund that period. A full refund ends access associated with the refunded purchase and stops renewal of its subscription. See our refund policy.

Paid editing, uploads, AI, public pages, and lead capture require an active paid entitlement. When access expires or is revoked, public pages stop being served. Expiry alone does not delete stored workspace content. Export important content and leads before closing your account.

AI credits and generated content

Included AI credits are allocated monthly within the paid subscription period: 300 per month during the introductory period and 500 per month after a paid regular renewal. Included credits do not accumulate across monthly periods. Review AI output before publishing; it may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not guarantee conversion results. Do not submit secrets or sensitive customer information in prompts.

Account deletion and service restrictions

Deleting your account starts removal of owned workspace data, stops published pages, and requests immediate subscription revocation. Account deletion does not itself issue a refund. Contact support@tryfynl.com if you need a refund reviewed before deletion. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations. Service availability and third-party integrations may change.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. We will identify material policy changes and provide notice when required. Contact support@tryfynl.com to raise a service or billing concern.
