Information we process

Fynl processes account and contact information; workspace settings; pages, proof assets, and uploaded content; lead names, email addresses, and answers submitted through published pages; subscription and payment references; AI prompts and responses; and technical information needed for security, error diagnosis, and service operation. Payment-card details are handled by Polar and its payment providers.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces and published pages, capture and deliver leads, provide AI assistance, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the activity: providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Service providers and integrations

We use Clerk for authentication; Supabase for databases and file storage; Vercel for hosting; OpenRouter and the selected model provider for AI processing; Resend for transactional email; and Polar as merchant of record for purchases. Each receives the information needed for its role. Their processing may occur in countries other than your own, with applicable transfer safeguards where required. AI requests include the prompt and relevant page context. Avoid sensitive personal data in these requests.

When you configure an integration, lead information may be delivered to the service or webhook endpoint you select. Published content is public. Workspace owners control the information they collect from visitors and are responsible for appropriate notices, permissions, and handling of that information.

Cookies and local storage

Authentication cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, interface preferences, and the service. Blocking essential storage may prevent some features from working. Browser controls let you manage stored information.

Retention and deletion

Workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service. Subscription expiry alone does not delete it. Account deletion starts deletion of owned workspace content and files; cleanup may complete asynchronously. Operational records, backups, and information needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations may remain for the relevant retention period. Polar and other independent providers may retain records under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can edit account information, export leads, remove content, and request account deletion. Contact support@tryfynl.com to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction, or to object to processing where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may complain to your local data-protection authority. If you submitted information to a page operated by a Fynl customer, contact that page owner first; we can help identify the appropriate request route.

Security and policy updates

We use access controls and other technical measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse to support@tryfynl.com. We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required.
